J2 Victorian Balham is a refined geometric design-tile floor intended for halls, kitchens and feature areas. Its current Arra journey is custom order, allowing the precise Balham arrangement to be confirmed before supply.
A made-to-order Balham floor
Select Custom order — four week lead time, then confirm the exact colourway and full repeat with Arra Flooring. This avoids choosing a complex pattern from colour names alone.

The 2.5 mm glue-down construction has a 0.55 mm wear layer, standard bevel and UV-coated surface, and is compatible with underfloor heating. Suitable for domestic interiors including kitchens and bathrooms without continuous water exposure, but not wet rooms. Lifetime residential wear cover applies; commercial cover of 7–10 years requires project confirmation.
